As of December 31, 2014 the contract with Vanguard Management ended and was not renewed by the board. The board will be mailing a newsletter in the next week outlining the contacts, changes and meeting dates. Please be patient while we make this transition so that the association may run more efficiently and at a lesser cost to the homeowners. The members of the Board are Scott Gartner, Sanjay Jethva, Colleen Skotnicki, Jodi Krusely and Jill McGuire. We will be mailing the 2015 assessment invoices on June 1, 2015 payable and due on July 1, 2015.

Please refrain from dumping your grass cuttings in the buffer areas surrounding the ponds. The Association has contracted with a vendor to restore the buffer areas to their intended natural condition and grass cuttings release unwanted seeds into the buffer areas, thereby perpetuating the problem. If you contract with a landscaper please inform them not to dump the grass cuttings in the buffer areas.
